Our Services for Your Pet

Our caring staff will treat your pet like our own!

—DOGGIE DAYCARE—

$39 a day
5-day pass $160 ($32/day)
10-day pass $310 ($31/day)
20-day pass $600 ($30/day)
30-day pass $870 ($29/day)
50-day pass $1,350 ($27/day)
70-day pass $1,750 ($25/day)

We test all pets for their temperament before they join our Doggie Day Care, so that we can provide the most pleasant stay possible for all of our guests. Some dogs socialize better with large high-energy dogs; some have more fun with smaller dogs. Some just want to be alone and have one-on-one attention with love and attention throughout the day. We will make sure your furry loved one is placed in the environment most appropriate for him, so that he will thoroughly enjoy his stay.

Our day care guests receive the same care and provisions as boarders, as well as:

Group playtime sessions (or individual playtime as an alternative with a staff member)
Group playtime with dogs of similar size and temperament
Large, partially shaded grassy outdoor yard with doggie playground equipment and lots of toys
Indoor play time in the event of bad weather
Outdoor playtime for about 4 hours a day with a nap break in the middle of the day
Lots of petting and treats included

Special note: If we are not able to handle your dog at all times during their stay, or we determine

the need for additional security measures or additional handling needs, there will be an additional

charge per day ($5-10, depending on the particular needs). This may be adjusted at our discretion
relative to special needs or situations.

—Note: Boarding Deposit—

We require a $50 deposit, per pet, for boarding. To have your reservation guaranteed, your deposit needs to be paid as soon as possible prior to your reservation. Please call to pay over the phone or stop by anytime to pay it.
-- If we do not have a deposit on file, your reservation will not be guaranteed.

If you need to cancel your reservation, refunds will be applied as follows:

14 days or more in advance of your reservation date -- you will get the full deposit back.
7-13 days before reservation date -- 50% of the deposit back.
1-6 days before reservation date or you do not show up for your reservation -- the deposit will not be returned.

—DOG BOARDING—

Accommodations:

Small Pet Accommodations: $45. Cozy dens of various sizes to meet the size and needs of your dog; quieter room, extra exercise away from larger dogs.
Pet condos: $45 - and $40 for second dog, in the same condo. 3’x9-1/2’ indoor space plus a private outdoor patio.
Premium Suites: $50 - and $45 for the second dog, in the same suite. 4-1/2’x9-1/2’ indoor space plus a private outdoor patio.
Family Suites: $60 - and $50 for the second dog, in the same suite. 6+’x9-1/2’ indoor space plus a private outdoor patio.
Note: Any dog over 100 lbs. must stay in Premium Suite, and any dog over 150 lbs. must stay in Family Suite. And, any 2 dogs together, combined weight over 200 lbs. must stay in Family Suite. Weight-related requirements will be assessed in person at check-in, and may be adjusted at our discretion at any time.

Exercise: We offer spacious and clean outdoor yards that are partially shaded. We offer two exercise sessions/potty breaks (30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening). Exercise time may be shorter in bad weather. Individual exercising or exercising with other dogs from your family is available. Please inform us if your dog is a fence climber or may need special attention while out in the yards.

Food & Medications: We provide Pedigree for our guests at no extra charge and will be glad to feed your dog as you direct us to.
Options include:

Pedigree Kibble
Puppy Food
Variety of canned food and treats
Your own food (pre-packaged into Ziploc baggies per meal)

All medications and supplements must be in their original containers with accurate instructions printed on the container. We cannot accept medications or supplements packaged in food or pill pockets. Medication administration cost $3.00 per administration.
Note: We do not do injectable medication.

—CAT BOARDING—

Accommodations - Feline Suite: Basic pricing rates: $30 / night. We offer a variety of pet packages and a la carte activities that can be added to your pet's boarding.

Exercise: Cats will have the opportunity to exercise in our cat kennels (dog-free areas) individually or with other cats from your family each morning for about 20 minutes while the cat kennels are cleaned.

Food: We provide food for our guests but will be glad to feed your cat as you direct us to. We are glad to give your kitty our food or yours from home at no extra cost. Options include:

Whiskas/Friskies/Meow Mix dry food
Variety of canned food & treats
Your own food (pre-packaged in daily portions to assure we are feeding exact amount)

Medications: Please note that we do not do medications for cats.

—GROOMING—

Bath Time: 2 shampoo’s (variety of specialty shampoos available), cream conditioning rinse, fluff drying (if tolerated), nail trim, ear cleansing, anal gland expression (if needed), brush out.

Shedless Bath: Specialty de-shed shampoo & cream rinse bath and a brush out using the "Furminator" tool that helps remove undercoat to cut down on shedding by about 80%.

Hair Cuts: Pet bathing, clipping, and styling by our team of experienced pet stylists includes everything for the bath plus a haircut.

Additional Services: Nail trim; Pet-A-Cure (nail cutting & grinding) *Ask about our nail colors!; Teeth Brushing.
We also offer various SPA packages.

—TRAINING—

We offer Dog Training with our professional trainer:
Puppy Training, Private Lessons, Dayboard and Train, and Board and Train.
In each training program we will train on: Sit, Down, Heel, Place, Come, Off, Stay, Leave It, & other commands

as needed. The training will start on a six foot leash and progress to fifteen and thirty foot leashes.

Puppy Training: Puppy lessons will be five 30 minute lessons. Along with training on basic commands, we

will discuss house training, chewing and puppy play biting.

Private Lessons: The private lessons will be five one hour one on one lessons. We will work through each of

the commands and increase what is worked each week.

Dayboard and Train: The dayboard and train will be conducted over three weeks. The pup will come in each

morning and go home each evening. This will take place Tuesday-Friday. Our trainer will work with the pup multiple times throughout the day. On Saturday we will do a one on one lesson of what has been trained during the week.

Board and Train: The board and train will take place over two weeks. The pup will arrive on a Sunday and depart two Saturdays later. Our trainer will train with the pup multiple times a day while they are here. Upon pick-up, a lesson will be conducted with the owner to go over what has been trained during the two weeks. Then, we will do two more follow up lessons (included in the Board and Train package).

Each program will include an optional weekly follow up group training session. These will be held at different locations throughout Southern Maryland.
