HOURS

DAYCARE
Mon-Fri:  6 AM - 11AM and 3PM - 6PM
— 6:00am start for Drop-off, and Pick-up ends at 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)  (Call for possible weekend Daycare)
— for non-“Pass" holders, please come at 5pm for check out

      [Note: Please adhere to these pick-up and drop-off times -- there are “out-of-hours" fees that may apply.]

 

BOARDING
7 Days a Week:  8 AM - 11AM and 3PM - 5PM
— 8:00am start Drop-off - Pick-Up ends at 5:00pm
— Boarding Pick-Up: Pet must be picked-up before 11:00am (everyday) to avoid being charged for this day. (After 11am = another day.)

GROOMING
Call to make an appointment: 240-655-5050

— Drop-off is between 8:00 - 9:00 AM. We will call you for Pick-up time after we are done.

Please Note: 

  • We do not accept arrivals or departures outside of our regular scheduled business hours.
    (Call for special circumstances for appointments.)

  • Please have your pet registered and all necessary shot records and paperwork completed and turned in (FAX or email) at least one week prior to your first day. 

  • Please make an appointment for weekend Daycare as we occasionally have to close Daycare due to an increase in Boarding clients.

 

SPECIAL HOURS

  • We are closed these days: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and July 4th.

  • New Year’s Eve: 8AM - 1PM and New Year’s Day: 3 PM - 5PM.

  • All other national holidays we are open 3PM - 5PM only.

VETERINARY WARRANTY FEE

Note: Only for Boarding clients
A flat rate fee of $10.00 (effective May 25 - until then, still $9) is charged per stay, per pet, to cover the Veterinary Warranty Fee. This covers any vet bill up to $750.00 while your pet is in our care and for 72 hours afterwards for any KENNEL RELATED illness. Exclusions include: canine/kennel cough; upper respiratory infections; illnesses related to pre-existing conditions; injuries caused by two dogs boarding together at owners request; pets over 10 years old for age related illnesses and intestinal parasites.

 

IMMUNIZATION POLICY

  • Dogs must have current proof of Rabies, DHLP-Parvo and Bordetella. Canine Influenza H3N8 and H3N2 is highly recommended.

  • Must have vaccinations up-to-date 7-10 days prior to boarding/daycare.

  • Cats must have current proof of Rabies and Distemper. Feline leukemia vaccination is recommended.

NOTE for RESERVATIONS

After you make reservations you should get a confirmation email. Your "confirmation email" contains very important information. Sometimes different email systems or providers might send it to "junk mail" or "spam" folder... So, please ADD this email to your Contacts: cs.petresorts@gmail.com

Also, CHECK YOUR junk or spam folder (if you haven't gotten an email within 24 hours).

SPECIAL NOTICES

— For Daycare:  

Unneutered males over age 1 year will not be allowed in daycare groups or playtime groups. They will be allowed in individual playtime with a staff member. 

 

— For Boarding, Grooming, and Daycare: 

If you know your unspayed female is in heat or coming into heat please do not bring them until they are no longer in heat.

 

TRANSPORTATION

We do not offer transportation at this time, but if you have a special case please inquire as we may be able to work something out with our sister kennels.
